1. Design Visit at our home or remotely by telephone or email.

2. Quotation emailed to you soon after.

3. Pay an initial 25% deposit upon ordering by BACS or Card Here, quoting your name or quote reference

4. Full site survey is carried out taking final measurements and confirming final specifications.

5. All products are ordered and delivery date advised as soon as one is given from our suppliers.

6. Installation date is scheduled.

7. Installation takes place.

8. Balance of invoice to be paid once the installation is satisfactorily completed.

9. Once this balance payment is received, you receive your guarantees and certification by email.
